Ronan King - Chairman
Ronan qualified with KPMG as a Chartered Accountant in 1979, and spent 26 years in professional practice as an accountant and management consultant. He established his own practice in 1984 and subsequently merged this with Simpson Xavier in 1987. In 2005, he retired from practice and joined property development group Howard Holdings plc.

Ronan's experience is wide-ranging, having specialised for many years in advising on financial, strategic and marketing matters to operators, investors and public agencies involved in many sectors of Irish business. He has acted for Ministers and Government Departments in undertaking a variety of strategic reviews. He was a member of the Consortium which was commissioned to prepare the original Draft Master Plan for the Dublin Docklands, and of the team which advised Harland and Wolff on the development of the Titanic Quarter in Belfast. He has undertaken market and financial evaluations and appraisals of major capital projects in Ireland, the UK and Europe.

He has served on a number of Government-sponsored task forces and project groups, including a detailed review of the operation of the Business Expansion Scheme. In 1999, Ronan was requested by the Director General of Bord Failte to take up a voluntary appointment as a member of the Organising Committee of the 2003 Special Olympics World Games on its awarding to Ireland. He served for five years as Deputy Chairman and as Chairman of the Finance and Business Operations Committees of these highly successful Games.

Ronan joined Bray Chamber of Commerce in 1981, and served as its President from 1985 to 1987. In 1993, he was elected to Council of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce, and has served on the Executive Committee and chaired the Infrastructure and Transport, Membership and Tourism Committees.

Cormac Megannety - Director
Cormac is responsible for property investment, development and the ongoing management of the property portfolio. Cormac spent 15 years in South Africa, initially with Richard Ellis (now CBRE) and later as development director with Stocks & Stocks, one of the biggest property development companies in the country. Cormac returned to Ireland in 1999 to take up an associate director post with Savills HOK before founding Eurocape Investments in Dublin, part of the Howard Holdings group. As CEO, Cormac was responsible for the successful development of the 1.5 million square feet Mandela Rhodes Place inner city development project in Cape Town as well as acquiring other investment properties for the group in South Africa and the UK. Cormac is a Chartered Surveyor and holds a Bachelor of Science (Surv) degree from Trinity College, Dublin. He serves as a council member on the Ireland South Africa Business Association.
